Participation
Darby participates in all chapter activities. She was
instrumental for the Friendly Venture of On Line Lambda.
Through her participation in organizing and introducing members
to one another she completed the chapter with 24 members who
are now all able to be active in Beta Sigma Phi.
Attitude
She portrays a positive attitude in all her activities. She continues to keep
very upbeat in all that she does. Never turns away from a
commitment ~ positive, caring attitude to the end.
Commitment
She is committed to her chapter, her friends and her community.
She is a leader in all that she does. She committed to seeing
On Line Lambda becoming strong and continues to be a positive role.
Enthusiasm
Her enthusiasm is contagious. She participates with a positive up beat
attitude and her enthusiasm keeps members involved and enthused.
